As Art Director, I created a cohesive suite of print and digital assets—including poster, table tent, window cling, and social ads—for Fresenius Medical Care North America’s Employee Engagement Survey. Building on the brand evolution guide I also art directed, the campaign used bold geometric shapes, authentic employee photography, and the refreshed brand palette to deliver an engaging, approachable look. Consistent typography and clear calls-to-action ensured brand alignment and drove participation, making it the most successful engagement campaign to date—reaching nearly 60,000 employees.
