Fresenius Medical Care wanted to encourage employees to refer potential new employees from their personal network. I started by presenting three unique concepts, transforming a traditionally transactional HR initiative into an engaging, brand-aligned experience. All concepts featured original design work that explored use of the brand's logo mark, or chevron. Once a direction was selected, I executed a cohesive visual system across digital and print materials. The playful tone encouraged participation while reinforcing the company’s values. Paired with clear messaging, the program not only increased employee engagement but also strengthened internal brand identity.
